Rules

Usage of the computing and networking resources (including hardware and software) of the university should be done under the the guidelines that follow; These guidelines are in addition to the state's laws and university's regulations, and they are not intended to cover all aspects (i.e. you can't assume that "everything not forbidden is allowed"). They are used just to give a brief outline of our policy. When reffering to a computer the meaning is any device which is capable of doing computations or networking functions.
